We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation of our client's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams across HR, IT, and Finance to modernize the organization's HCM systems and processes. Solid experience in data migration of HR data and knowledge of ETL processes is required. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese is required.

Description

• Lead and drive HCM transformation projects in collaboration with IT, Finance, and implementation partners
• Define project scope, requirements, estimates, designs, and implementation plans
• Manage data migration for HR, payroll and employee data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize data migration processes
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget objectives, conducting regular status reviews
• Communicate project progress and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Establish effective production support processes and SLAs for the new HCM system

Profile

• Degree in Statistics, Business Administration, IT, or any relevant discipline
• 9+ years of experience in projects, with 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ETL, and data transformation
• Expert knowledge of HR and payroll data management, including migration into cloud HCM solutions, ideally Workday
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to successful completion
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and change management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese is mandatory
