What Are You Expected To Do?
你的職責：

• Extend a warm welcome to customers, discern their needs, and guarantee an unparalleled customer experience.
• Conduct performance vehicle introductions.
• Engage customers with the car products and features.
• Participate in vehicle deliveries.
• Document the lead progression journey in the CRM system.
• Deliver the utmost “Best Customer Experience”.
• Aid in processing sales order documentation.
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments.

What We Are Looking For:
我們希望的人選需具備以下條件：

• Tertiary education or above, with Chinese and English passed in HKCEE or equivalent.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the motor industry or luxury retail sector.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for cars and a strong desire to pursue a career in the motor industry.
• Knowledgeable about EV trends and related policies.
• Exhibits excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, pleasant demeanor, and a collaborative team player.
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Experience in the motor industry is advantageous.
• Completion of Paper I and Paper II of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) is preferable.
• 大專以上學歷，具香港中學會考或同等學歷中文和英文及格
• 至少1年汽車行業或奢侈品零售的客戶服務經驗
• 對汽車充滿熱情，並渴望在汽車行業發展職業生涯
• 熟悉電動車趨勢及相關政策
• 優秀的客戶服務和人際交往能力
• 主動積極、性格愉快、良好的團隊合作精神
• 流利的英文和中文口語，精通MS Office
• 願意輪班工作
• 持有駕駛執照 • 汽車行業經驗者優先考慮
• 具有保險從業人員資格考試（IIQE）的保險中介資格考試I和II級者優先考慮
