Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently and month end closing
• Responsible for payroll, MPF submission and tax filing
• Perform daily accounting duties including account payable, account receivables, payment preparation, handling of petty cash, monitoring of cash collection from customers
• Prepare bank reconciliation reports and inter-company reconciliation
• Assist in month-end closing including preparation of monthly schedules
• Supervise an Accounting Assistant who is responsible for income related reporting
• Record and monitor the purchases and disposal of plant and equipment
• Perform internal checks and physical stock count
• Must ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time;
• Handle and follow up customer payment
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting with LCCI III or related disciplines;
• 3 years Accounting experience, B2B, Trading industry would be an advantage;
• Well-knowledge in using Microsoft Word & Excel, hands-on experience in Dynamic will be highly preferred;
• Sensitive to figures, details minded, multi-tasking and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English;
• Immediate available is an advantage;
