Accounting Officer / Accountant

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting functions
• Prepare month-end closing
• Prepare management reports, financial reports, budgets and forecasts
• Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals
• Perform daily accounting routines such as bank reconciliation
• Assist in budget preparation and cashflow forecast
• Participate in the year-end audit and tax computation
• Assist in consolidation
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Accounting experience from sizable organization, preferably in F&B or Retail industry
• ACCA / HKICPA qualified and audit experience is an advantage
• Proactive, good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Well organized with multi-tasking skills and detail-minded
• Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant
