Area Sales Manager

Williams (Hong Kong) Limited , a leading staffing services provider with over 40 years of experience in permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, and court reporting services.

Our client is a global renowned luxury watch brand. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for high caliber to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales network to achieve sales target in Greater China
• Achieve both Sell-in and Sell-out Target for assigned account
• Expand and develop the responsible region, identify the right distributors to support the expansion plan
• Identify and recommend business opportunities
• Manage daily sales activities including sell-in, and sell out and ensure product assortment and stock level monitoring
• Support marketing strategies and ensure brand visibility
• Drive the business performance by understanding the customer base, pricing etc.
• Preparing sales analysis, sales budgets, sales plans, monthly reports.
• Conduct regular market visits

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• At least 8 years of wholesale/retail operations/account management experience
• Sales-driven and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
