Assistant Accounting Officer/Senior Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting duties such as prepare voucher, journal entry and report 
• Handling store sales receipts reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Handle store petty cash reimbursement
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing
• Maintain proper and accurate records in system
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as requested

Requirement

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting with LCCI intermediate level
• At least 3 years of accounting experience with 1 year experience in F&B / Retail is an advantage
• Good PC Skill in MS Excel, Word, and knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
• Good communication skill and willing to learn
• Mature and positive attitude, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
