(Assistant) Brand Manager | Fashion retail

Our client is a globally recognised fashion retailer. They are looking for a (Assistant) Brand Manager to plan and execute business strategy and brand building.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation of localized campaigns to enhance local relevance and connectivity.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, encompassing media and social channel selection, development of social and PR content, and trade marketing strategy.
• Regularly analyze and evaluate performance levels to gauge effectiveness and identify business opportunities.
• Working closely with the team in implementing business strategies, brand development, and product strategic plan.
• Lead seamless execution with internal funtional team and marketing agencies, oversee team operations, and foster the professional growth of team members.
• Compile market forecasts and conduct comprehensive analysis of the business plan.
• Formulate annual integrated marketing and brand communication strategy, encompassing budget allocation and connectivity plan for key product campaigns.

To qualify:

• 8+ years of brand marketing experience in the retail, fashion or beauty industry is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing or Business or related
• Self-driven and motivated, taking ownership of tasks and displaying a high level of responsibility.
• Stay abreast of marketing trends, conducting thorough competitor analysis, and utilizing consumer insights to inform decision-making.
• Possesses strategic thinking abilities, excels in problem-solving, exhibits strong project management skills, and demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will consider as Assistant Brand Manager
