This incumbent will report to the Group Head of HR. He or she is required to managing end-to-end HR activities from on-boarding to off-boarding, act as HR Business Partner to provide strategic support to the business division, to create and maintain compliance, positive, high-performing workplace for HK Office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a strategic business partner for the Hong Kong office on all Talent Acquisition related activities and implement Talent Acquisition strategy to meet local business needs;
- Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition process including sourcing, screening, candidate interviewing and assessment, pre-employment checks and negotiating offer packages;
- Proactively engage with hiring managers and act as a HRBPs to understand critical talent needs and enable relevant talent pipeline to be built, establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and service level standards;
- Formulate and facilitate all HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, manpower planning & organizational development according to the company strategic goal and business plan, act as a business partner to provide HR solutions and recommendations in all aspects.
- Playing an active role in educating and monitoring the workforce safety for our offices, and sustain the wellbeing of staff as well as to enhance the productivity.
- To keep abreast of any changes and updates in the labor legislation and local employment practices.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, ISO and SWA audit standards requirements from time to time.
- Others ad hoc tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder in HRM, Business or applicable field.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in HR areas.
- Prior experience in FMCG/ manufacturing and retail environment is preferable.
- Experience in a multi-national company and a multi-cultural environment is an advantage.
SKILLS:
- Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, people practices, HR disciplines such as recruiting and talent development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements for HK.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.

- Impeccable time management & decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
