Assistant Leasing Manager

A well established property development company with ongoing development projects in China and the region is currently seeking high calibre candidates to join our Team.

Our flagship buildings in Lan Kwai Fong area house first-rate food & beverage, commercial offices, boutique fashion retail, health & beauty outlets, other premium lifestyle outlets and etc. Looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager with strong lifestyle leasing and F&B connections to join our group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search and explore new potential tenants 
• Manage tenant relationship for the property portfolios
• Assist director to execute group leasing strategy
• Collect rent and deal with eviction
• Conduct market research, analyses data and compile leasing reports
• Perform leasing related administration works
• Any other ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder with a minimum 5 years' relevant experience on F&B leasing with international taste
• Passion for Food, Strong F&B sense with good exposure to local and overseas brands and concepts
• Proactive and good interpersonal skills
• Good connections with property agencies
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Capable of making deal
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Leasing Manager
