Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing

Our client is a global FMCG brand with strong retail presence in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to manage their digital media and communication strategies for their hero and new product lines.

Job Description

You will be directly reporting to Senior Digital Marketing Manager and responsible for :

• Develop and implement digital strategies for overall brand awareness including communications directions and specific action plans
• Develop and implement integrated digital media and communication strategies that cover paid, owned and earned channels for campaigns, including campaign idea, creative assets development, media planning & optimization, activations, e-PR, events, influencer management and social media to achieve business objectives
• Drive Integration of online and offline activations to achieve seamless O2O consumer journey
• ide on regional team input, transfer brand vision into local communications content
• Identify consumer insights and opportunities for concept development and market validation
• Overall project and time management; follow up and support functional teams where applicable to ensure timely delivery
• Manage A&P of the function
• Consolidate result & prepare reports with evaluation and recommendation for future planning to drive for success 
• Work closely with cross-functional team including regional, sales, training and supply chain to deliver business goals

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be degree educated in marketing, business, digital or a related discipline. You will have a minimum of 6-8 years of digital marketing in retail industry. Expert in Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social media channels. Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skills in Both English and Chinese.
