The Hong Kong branch of the Company was committed to developing three major business segments, including the wholesale banking (i.e. corporate banking), capital transaction and retail banking. The Bank has been developed into an important overseas platform of the Company and has played a vital role in driving the growth of our cross-border collective trade financing business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current operational practices, selling procedures and internal policy in compliance with latest rules and regulations.
• Assist in compliance and risk control matters by performing periodic testing and health checking on clients’ account and transactions.
• Handle regular reviews and reporting of investment and insurance transactions as well as liaison with auditors, regulators and internal compliance department.
• Review and update internal policies and procedure manuals so as to fulfill latest regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Economics and Finance or related disciplines.
• Possess at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Private Banking Department.
• Familiar with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• AAMLP/CAMLP holder is preferable.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.
