Responsibilities:
. Assist to plan and launch compelling & effective campaigns to promote HKIA Retail News and Loyalty Programme to build awareness, engagement and spending
. Lead UX/UI enhancement on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal and MyHKG for new digital initiatives and oversee User Acceptance Test ( UAT) on system integration
. Liaise and solicit collaboration opportunities with tenants and business partners to organize campaigns, Public Relations and events
. Manage the integrated communication plan for the campaigns and events and boost experiential shopping experience
. Perform regular data analytics, campaign effectiveness tracking against business goals for review and improvement
. Assist in the development of Terminal 2 pre-marketing work, including showsuite and marketing collaterals
Requirements:
. Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
. 6 years working experience in marketing with min. three years in loyalty programme marketing/ campaign management
. Candidate with experience in China market has advantage
. Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
. Proactive, attention to details and results oriented
. Excellent in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
. Experienced in system implementation and enhancement is an advantage
