Assistant Project Manager

We manage assignments from entry level to Senior Executive level on an interim, contract and permanent basis.

We are hiring Assistant Project Manager (~33K x 12+ Bonus) for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up projects, with clients, suppliers, contractors, designers
• Check all the drawings in detail and modify defects accurately
• Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely
• Report project status to management and related parties
• Check quotations, timeline and prepare analysis
• Handle full set of drawings and presentation
• Provide technical solutions to projects
• Site visit and follow up the progress of projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• 4 years or above solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects with commercial projects experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp will be an advantage
• Working experience in retail projects of luxury brands is a plus
• Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with managerial experience would be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
