Job Description - (ASSISTANT) PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on projects with clients, suppliers, contractors, and designers.
  • Thoroughly review all drawings, identify and accurately modify any defects.
  • Manage the full spectrum of project documentation, records, and email correspondence between clients and contractors with precision.
  • Report project status to management and relevant parties.
  • Review quotations, timelines, and prepare detailed analyses.
  • Handle a full set of drawings and presentations.
  • Provide technical solutions to project challenges.
  • Work travel is required. Conduct site visits and closely monitor the progress of projects

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects with commercial projects experience, especially in retail projects of luxury brands
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Non-local candidates are welcomed and working visa sponsorship will be provided
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Manager
