We, Solomon HR Solution is inviting the below talent for a fashion retail client.

Responsibilities:

- To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target

- Handling day-to-day operations to ensure efficient store functioning

- Provide expert sales advice and personalized customer service to help customers find the most suitable products

- Monitor the sales performance in store

- Manage inventory, ensure sufficient product supply, and conduct regular inventory audits - Ensure a tidy and organized product display within the store, presenting the best brand image

Requirements :

- Relevant retail experience, with preference given to candidates with Supervisor experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds

- Strong leadership abilities, able to guide and train team members and coordinate workflow

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of handling pressure and multitasking - Keen insight into fashion and trends, and able to share relevant knowledge with customers
