Chief Technical Manager

• Prepare company’s maintenance policy and guideline to meet the company objectives
• Oversee and manage technical team to deliver safe and reliable building maintenance and operation works which are of statutory compliance
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to other departments
• Deliver technical and maintenance work with good practice at routine operation work, A&A and major improvement works
• Establish the energy efficiency and building sustainability strategies, policies and practices
• Prepare annual maintenance budget, capital improvement budget and monitor procurement activities under the portfolio of technical team
• Maintain and supervise the performance of building facilities in optimum condition
• Plan the operation and maintenance strategies to enhance reliability of installations and systems

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies or related disciplines
• Member of HKIS/ RICS/ HKIE/ CIBSE/ IMechE or equivalent is required
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in property maintenance of which 10 years at managerial level
• Experience in Grade A Retail and/or Commercial Property is a must
• Proficient in related ordinances and professional maintenance practices
• Excellent knowledge on design, renovation and project management is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
