Our client, a famous insurance provider, is now seeking for talents to join them as Claims Manager (Motor Insurance). Job Duties:

• Manage the entire claims process, from initial notification to settlement and potential recovery, within the company's policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing supervision to claims assessors.
• Undertake assigned projects and tasks as required.
• Establish appropriate reserves for both indemnity and expenses, regularly reviewing reserves for adequacy.
• Monitor and control the claims settlement process.
• Assist in investigating doubtful or questionable claims.
• Pursue all options for recovery, including timely collection of deductibles from insured parties and managing subrogation activities.
• Assist in preparing monthly claims reports and analyzing service providers' performance for management.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a degree or possess Insurance Professional Designations/Qualifications.
• Have 5-8 years of experience in claims within the general insurance industry.
• Strong experience in supervising teams.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
