Client Development Manager / CRM Manager

Williams (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading staffing services provider with over 40 years of experience in permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, and court reporting services.

My client is a global luxury fashion brand. They are looking for a Client Development Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement Clienteling & Client development strategy & initiatives such as VIP acquisition, retention, re-activation, customer engagement & experience etc.
• Bring in new HNW Top Tiers clients
• Develop engagement program and planning of VIP events
• Develop client communications plan, in-store promotional activities and activation, joint promotion campaign with 3rd party
• Work closely with retail team and HQ to ensure campaigns can be implemented effectively

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business/Marketing or related discipline
• At least 6 years of CRM experience in luxury retail industry
• Team player, good communication skills 
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
