Client Service Executive

Bauer Kaiser & Co Ltd. is an executive search firm established and managed by seasoned Human Resources professionals.

We specialize in search and selection of executives in the Banking and Finance, Insurance, Consulting, IT, Retail and FMCG industries.

Responsibilities:

• Performing KYC check on HNW client on-boarding process
• Maintaining relationships with clients and partner
• Answering inquiries from clients, partners, insurance companies and financial institutions
• Follow-up such as client remainders, regular review, etc. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above qualification
• 1-3 years in financial or insurance industry
• IIQE license holder will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
