Job Description - Credit Risk Assistant Manager/Senior Officer 風險管理助理經理/高級主任

工銀信用卡中心(國際) 是中國工商銀行總行設在香港的一個專門為全球工商銀行海外分行、子行(大陸除外)提供銀行卡(信用卡、借記卡、預付卡)服務,及中、後台集中運營、風險及營銷方面的管理與支持。我們誠邀您的加入。

ICBC Credit Card Centre (Int'l) is a Department of ICBC Head Office located in Hong Kong, we will make efforts to support all overseas subsidiaries to develop our ICBC card (credit card, debit card, prepaid card) and business in the world (exclude china), we would like to invite qualified professionals to join us.

Job Duties:
1. Assist in risk management of bank card business, discuss and formulate risk management business policies, systems,processes,operating guidelines,etc.
2. Assist in improving the risk management system Participate in discussing and formulating fraud control polices/strategies,responding to sudden risks, to minimize the bank’s financial loss.
3. Participate in discussing and formulating debt collection policies/strategies to reduce loan loss and maximize debt recovery.
4. Participate in bank card business risk management related projects and systems implementation to optimize the credit operation and process.
5. Assist in risk analysis and provide relevant risk analysis reports to management.

1. 協助開展銀行卡業務風險管理工作,商討制定風險管理業務政策、制度、流程、操作指南等,協助部門完善管理風險體系。
2. 參與商討制定欺詐控制政策/策略,應對風險突發事件,減少銀行的財務損失。
3. 參與商討制定催收政策/策略,以減少貸款損失並提升債務回收成效。
4. 參與銀行卡業務風險管理相關專案和系統建設,優化業務流程。
5. 協助開展風險分析,向管理層提供相關風險分析報告。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Risk Management or related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in retail risk management。
3. Experience in project planning and management.
4. Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player.
5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus.

1. 具有統計學、電腦應用、風險管理或相關學科本科或以上學歷。
2. 最少2年零售業務風險管理工作經驗。
3. 具有項目規劃推動能力,有較強的組織和執行能力。
4. 進取心強,良好的溝通能力和具有團隊合作精神。
5. 具有良好的中英語文能力,普通話流利者優先。
