Responsibilities
1. Based on the business development needs of instant retail, design a reasonable indicator system, improve basic data construction, and improve business data usage efficiency 2. Track core indicators, establish a daily monitoring system, and discover business promptly and keenly Changes, insight into patterns, disclosure and exploration of business risks and opportunities 3. Fully understand the industry logic and goals, help the business conduct path exploration, diagnosis and optimization, project review and other analysis work, and put forward constructive decision-making suggestions 4. For business operations /User Growth/Traffic Strategy/Supply Health/Resource Efficiency and other important modules are subject to drill-down analysis, and directions and value assessments for solving problems and improving efficiency are given.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience, experience in O2O/e-commerce industry is preferred 2. Data High sensitivity, solid basic skills, proficient in using Excel, proficient in SQL, hive 3. Have certain indicator framework construction capabilities and analysis methods, and can disassemble indicators and propose solutions for business problems 4. Strong structured thinking and coordination Strong promotion ability, able to not be limited to the status quo, actively explore strategic iteration directions and seek multiple solutions.
