Data Entry/Admin Assistant(-mth contract,FMCG/Retail,$-K)

Job Description Responsibilities

• Provide all-rounded clerical & administrative support to the department
• Handle data entry, filing, and general office management
• Respond to emails and other forms of communications
• Maintain and enhance work process to support the efficient running of the Merchandise Department
• Liaise with both internal and external partners to ensure the smoothness of fund launching and daily operations
• Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• A recognized diploma in any discipline
• 1 year working experience is preferred, perfectly in FMCG retail industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese (Chinese word processing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Immediate availability is preferable
