Responsibilities
Team Introduction: Feishu KA Customer Success Team is the first consulting team in the industry dedicated to improving enterprise performance. Based on Feishu, it helps customers complete digital transformation and upgrading. Through in-depth diagnosis and analysis of organizational structure, business processes, communication and collaboration, etc., it tailors the best practices for overall performance improvement for customers and becomes the most valuable partner for enterprise digital construction. 1. Industry business experts, who can comprehensively sort out and diagnose the complex business of industry customers, combine Feishu to create industry practices, set industry benchmarks, and form industry influence 2. Provide consulting services related to improving enterprise business efficiency for medium and large customers, identify key business scenarios of customers, determine solutions and implementation plans, and use Feishu and related tools to improve organizational efficiency for customers. Able to smoothly start, promote, implement and review projects, and complete the phased goals of customers' Feishu projects 3. Dialogue with senior customers to ensure that senior customers have a clear perception of the value of Feishu products 4. Accumulate industry solutions and have replicability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, rich experience in management consulting, IT consulting and digital transformation implementation in the transportation/central state-owned enterprises/energy/electricity/retail/consumption/finance industries 2. Proficient in consulting and implementation methods such as enterprise business performance improvement/business digital transformation, and have strong insight and understanding of the industry 3. Collaborate with the team to improve the performance of medium and large customer business scenarios, and provide solutions and implementation for customers in combination with Feishu and related tools 4. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong curiosity, abundant energy, and excellent teamwork ability 5. Excellent interpersonal communication and dialogue skills with senior management, and the ability to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with senior customer management 6. Have a certain ability to write industry business plan documents.
