Job Description - Executive Assistant

Job requirement

  1. A bachelor degree from a local university, or equivalent;
  2. Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
  3. Good computer knowledge in the application of common computer softwares e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese Word Processing, etc.

Job duties

  1. Provision of executive support in relation to records management, general administration and human resources management, e.g. implementation of the Electronic Recordkeeping System, review of file lists and coordination of file disposal exercises, preparation of documents ad folders, provision of logistics support, subject filing, data input and database management, word-processing (in Chinese and English) and handling of enquiries, etc.;
  2. Supervision of clerical and other junior staff in the team; and
  3. Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
