Job Description
-Provide secretarial & administrative support to CEO and his team.
-Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties.
-Assist in organizing and arranging meetings, events and schedule.
-May require occasional travel duties (if applicable)
Requirement
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing.
-With minimum 5 years relevant working experience in related role, experience working in manufacturing business
-Good command of spoken & written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-Proactive, detail-minded, responsible, positive attitude and independent work ethics.
-Highly organized and able to priorities, multi-task and deal with last minute changes.
-Good communication skills and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
-Immediate available or short notice period is preferred.
