Responsibilities
1. Lead the team to be responsible for the Douyin delivery fulfillment experience, analyze and disassemble the problems of the delivery chain, and coordinate the implementation of the product and strategy teams 2. Have the ability to set rules and standards, reasonable reward and punishment strategies and traction mechanisms 3. Go deep into the industry/scenarios, and make differentiated/refined governance strategies based on industry differences 4. Have a certain product thinking and use product specifications to solve experience problems 5. Establish relevant indicator systems and case discovery mechanisms to ensure that experience indicators objectively feedback problems and continuously iterate.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, more than 2 years of team management experience, familiarity with delivery/instant retail business plus points, and a deep understanding of delivery/fulfillment/service platform rules or governance 2. Rigorous logical thinking, quantitative analysis ability, good at discovering and refining core ideas from massive data or qualitative information, discovering problems and transforming them into relevant solutions 3. Have project management experience, good at communication and resource coordination, and have experience in cross-team and multi-department collaborative projects 4. Optimistic, in awe of user experience, able to think about the experience of each role from the perspective of others, proactive, and have a clear common sense understanding of business logic.
