Responsibilities

• Handle daily/monthly FRR and ensure strict compliance in meeting the liquid capital requirements and client money rules on a daily basis
• Responsible for full set of accounts and daily operations, prepare financial statements
• Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily accounting operations
• Work with the team to ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the requirements as stipulated by SFC (Type 1,4)
• Liaise with auditor and regulatory authorities
• Responsible for the annual budget, planning, forecasting, and monthly sales performance analysis
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant working experience in the Finance industry (Preferable in a Securities Firm)
• knowledge of handling FRR reporting and SFC preparation is a must
• Professional qualifications in HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent preferable
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferable

Candidates will less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
