Is this your next challenge in Financial Planning & Analysis?

The challenge is to:

• Business partner with Operations and Project teams and provide sound financial advice, support and analysis to the Operation teams.
• Perform regular evaluation of store performance, monitor CAPEX, supplier chain and back-office expenditures, and ensure internal control is in place.
• Engage in month end closing, forecasting, budgeting and interim / annual audit process.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management and financial reports.
• Conduct feasibility study on new business initiatives and lease renewal.
• Review key terms and conditions of operating contracts.
• Act as a Finance representative in various projects to implement business initiatives.

Do you have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis / Management reporting?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance, Qualified Accountant
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in management reporting / financial analysis; Exposure from retail / FMCG industry is an advantage, and Big 4 background is a plus; Experience in SAP/ HFM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business acumen and attention to details
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in managing stakeholders at all levels including senior management
• Pressure resistance with self-driven and process improvement-oriented mindset
• Passion in retail industry, team spirit, and a can-do attitude
