General Role Perform financial planning and analysis function to support operation and strategic decision. Responsible for management reporting, budgeting and analyze key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Financial Analyst on preparing schedules for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, 3-year plan and management reports
• Conduct financial analysis on revenue, gross margin, overheads, stocks and expenditure
• Perform closing follow-up and explain variance between budget and actual numbers
• Prepare stock equation forecast, stock aging reports and stock provision
• Prepare Group reporting and ad-hoc reports / analysis
• Participate in financial accounting activities as and when required

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance with a CPA qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in retail financial planning & analysis or controlling exposure
• Strong analytical mindset, organized, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Acquainted with computer software, knowledge of SAP, and excellent EXCEL skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
