Job Responsibilities:
Achieve operations and organizational goals trains and coaches team members to achieve business goals guides partners during shifts using operational tools to achieve operational excellence evaluates partner performance and provides partners with training, feedback and development opportunities supervises and coaches partners, and develops personnel Prepare decisions.
Qualifications:
College degree or above excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills ability to learn quickly and guide the work of others more than five years of working experience in the catering or retail industry, and more than two years of store management experience Accept shift work (general store operating hours are from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.), working an average of forty hours a week.
