​​​​​​Job Requirements:

1. Completion of Form 5, or equivalent; preferably with Lv2 or above in Chi and Eng in the HKDSEE or HKCEE; and
2. Preferably has related clerical working experience; and
3. Proficiency in Word Processing (Eng: 45 wpm, Chi: 30 wpm)

Job Duties:

1. To provide general office support to the office, including receiving and dispatching documents and materials, mailing letters, handling fax messages, photocopying, sorting and binding documents, etc.;
2. Outdoor work and frequent travelling within Hong Kong territory are required;
3. To assist in maintaining updated database and filing system to support the operation of the Office; and
4. To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
