Our client is a MNC beauty brand and they are looking for a Group Product Manager to join their company. They are looking for someone who has strong experience in product marketing , data analysis , new product lanuch.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear direction for the product category and oversee product launches to maintain growth.
- Collect and analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive strategies to provide recommendations to the management.
- Implement new launches and marketing strategies across various channels (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to create integrated and engaging brand experiences while maximizing return on investment.
- Ensure brand consistency by adapting communication materials such as imagery, digital assets, and point-of-sale materials.
- Work closely with other departments (sales, demand planning, education, CRM, etc.) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy, ensuring messaging and execution consistency and meeting deadlines.
- Leverage your expertise in consumer behavior, market insights, and competitor analysis to provide recommendations to the management through launch analysis, strategic memos, and other means.
- Manage the advertising and promotion budget effectively and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Prepare clear and concise messages for senior management, effectively communicating the status and progress of the category.
- Build and lead a talented team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their marketing expertise and know-how.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in product marketing, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Possess a strong understanding of business principles and demonstrate analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Show sensitivity towards consumer behavior and stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty industry.
- Identify market drivers and integrate retail and shopper knowledge into strategic planning.
- Translate trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights that inform decision-making processes.
