Job Description:

• Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, developing tailored sourcing strategies and overseeing interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Design and execute scalable mass recruitment strategies to meet diverse operational needs.
• Collaborate with operational management to gauge and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Enhance recruitment methodologies through strategic analysis, driving productivity and performance improvements.
• Utilize labor market insights and data analytics to refine recruitment practices and tools.
• Represent and promote the company's brand as a primary ambassador in the marketplace.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of HR and talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• High degree of independence, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior HR Officer role.
