Job Description

1. Responsible for the sales of electrified products in core markets, that is: submitting sales forecasts, completing monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, etc.
2. Formulate channel distribution strategies for core markets, as well as retailer transformation, training, development plans and corresponding specific goals, and take measures to achieve the goals based on monthly time points
3. Based on business needs , wholesalers with strong development capabilities (funding, electrification product distribution, pre-sales and after-sales services, etc.) and high willingness (identity with Bosch values and long-term development strategy)
4. Assist and support local wholesalers, Various sales activities of retailers, such as: promotion of decoration companies and interior designers, community promotion, store construction, etc.
5. Support the activities of the wall-mounted boiler sales team on the sales of electrified products
6. Collect local market information in a timely manner, including: laws and regulations updates, industry trends, competitor intelligence, etc. For management analysis and decision-making
7. As the local representative and window for the electrification business of Bosch Comfort Technology, participate in industry association activities, related exhibitions, etc.

Qualifications

1. Bachler of Science, Technology.
2. 5 years in HVAC industry, sales or business development related. 5 years of sales or business development experience in refrigeration and HVAC industry
3. Proficient in using various office software, such as Power Point, Excell , Word, etc.
4. Extensive HVAC industry knowledge
5. Retailer development and negotiation skills.
