1. Support the business development of Hema Logistics team. Understand the business in depth, work closely with business partners, provide effective financial advice to branch business students and support business decision-making and process management. 2. Responsible for connecting with relevant students at the headquarters, undertaking various cost control processes and logistics asset management systems, and promoting implementation in each city. 3. Responsible for linking the headquarters finance and regional logistics teams to control daily operating costs, covering reasonable expense management and reasonable procurement demand assessment, etc., effectively setting control points to form a full-link closed loop. 4. Support the implementation of supply chain innovation projects and promote cost optimization plans. 5. Sort out the financial-related processes involved in supporting business and establish a regional closed-loop management implementation mechanism.
Job Requirements
1. More than 5 years of working experience in financial analysis, bachelor degree or above in finance-related majors, Big Four accounting firms, Internet, FMCG or retail industries are preferred. 2. Strong logical thinking, data analysis and learning abilities, good at sorting out and summarizing strong numerical sensitivity, able to identify problems and propose solutions. 3. Proficient in using Excel and PPT to create charts and establish analysis models. 4. Have good organizational, communication and collaboration skills. Able to proactively promote the smooth implementation of the projects in charge, be serious and responsible, and pay attention to details. 5.
