Key responsibilities:
Work with a committed team, you will manage the full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, retention and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations
You will manage the day-to-day HR operations as well as to assist and develop others through sound HR advice and support
Specifically, you will act as a HR business partner to plan and execute organizational and developmental initiatives and formulate internal communications to support business growth and changes
Requirements:
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8 years HR generalist experience
Previous exposure to the FMCG/F&B/Retail sectors is highly desired
The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels will be key to success in this role
You will possess high levels of commercial acumen with a flexible approach
Be highly motivated, energetic and passionate
