About the client:

Our client is an international healthcare brand with great reputation across the globe. They are looking for a HR Officer to join their HR team looking after their front-line recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, and collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring requirements
  • Create and execute impactful recruitment strategies using various sourcing channels and networks for frontline positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for frontline roles (e.g., customer service, sales, operations)
  • Continuously monitor and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a frontline recruitment or HR generalist role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization
