Job Description - Human Resources and Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to provide full spectrum of HR & Admin functions from strategy formulation and manpower planning to provision day-to-day professional support;
  • Develop and implement HR strategies & administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency to align with company goal and objectives;
  • Be responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, training & development and performance management for frontline and back-office staff;
  • Be Responsible for full spectrum of office administrative/ procurement functions including offices services and supplies, insurance, repair and maintenance, leasing and tenancy renewal, etc;
  • Take charge in employee relations activities such as Birthday Party, Annual Dinner and any Company outings and functions;
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and making recommendations for policy changes as necessary;
  • Knowledge of HRIS, and collaborating with IT and external vendors;
  • Consolidate and prepare regular related reports for management review and strategic planning purposes;
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline;
  • 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management / Business Administration with at least 4 years’ experience in a managerial position;
  • At least 4 years’ experience in retail or related industries; 
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong;
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal management skills and strong numerical skills and analytical mindset;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in office software and systems, including MS Office, HRIS;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred;
