Our client is a top tier jewellery brand originating from France. They are looking for a passionate and talented HRBP to join their team to handle human resources related matters for their APAC regional office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with business leaders and managers on workforce planning to cope with business growth;
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel and decisions;
- Work with C&B team on salary benchmarking exercise, analyse internal and external data to identify risks and opportunities, and make recommendations for action plans;
- Prepare and manage headcount, personnel cost plan, budget, analysis and control;
- Partner with TA team on recruitment and selection and keep track on recruitment process;
- Manage orientation program and other employee relations activities; and
- Partner with line managers on employee performance management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 6 years' experience in HRBP/all-round HR functions;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Strong influencing and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels;
- Self-starters, energetic, positive working attitude with good problem solving skills; and
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
