Human Resources Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:-

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job descriptions, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offering proposals;
• Maintain personnel files and assist in building recruitment database
• Assist in C&B, including but not limited to monthly payroll, MPF enrollment and Medical enrollment
• Assist in the organization and planning of staff activities and events
• Handle general office administrative duties. e.g.stationery orders, courier arrangement, insurance renewal etc
• Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the fashion retail industry or FMCG is preferred
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
