Human Resources Officer

Job descriptions:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job description, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offer proposals.
• Handle a full spectrum of recruitment matters for Front-line roles and back-office roles in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Plan and execute recruitment-related activities such as job fairs and recruitment talks.
• Prepare and compile HR analytical reports for management review
• Plan and execute HR initiatives and projects such as employee wellness programmes and employee recognition program.
• Conduct market research on candidates sourcing channels to meet various business needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2- 3 years Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the retail industry.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR related legislation
• Independent, details-minded, responsible, analytical, able to work under pressure with good communication skills
• Positive, self-motivated, creative and resourceful
• Experience in frontline hiring is a MUST.
• Language skills: Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is preferred.
