Responsibilities
1. Deeply understand the industry market segments, combine the content characteristics of short videos and live broadcasts, integrate platform and merchant resources, explore industry solutions, be responsible for the company's industry business goals, and promote business model innovation 2. Responsible for the improvement and optimization of the industry's basic operation system, connect with multiple internal departments, and realize the connection and implementation of new tools, new gameplay and new marketing, including the planning and promotion of industry category marketing activities 3. Hierarchical operation management of key merchants, formulate merchant development plans, marketing strategies, brand building, etc. according to the business rhythm 4. Analyze business data, design and optimize marketing strategies, and complete the mining and establishment of benchmark cases and methodologies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of e-commerce platform or brand work experience is preferred 2. Clear logic, strong structuring ability, data sensitivity, methodology, and relatively successful project cases in the past 3. Have excellent learning ability, stress resistance, self-driving ability, communication ability and cross-team communication and collaboration ability 4. Experience in product operation in related industries such as beauty, maternal and child care is preferred.
