Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the strategic operation of instant delivery, and responsible for the overall experience, efficiency and cost of delivery 2. Collaborate with product, algorithm, design, marketing, and business teams to keep the capacity development matching the business rhythm 3. Verify the effectiveness of the strategy through data analysis, ABtest, etc., continuously iterate and optimize the capacity strategy, and improve user experience and platform efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of distribution-related strategy experience including timeliness strategy, distribution scope, call order, dispatch, pressure balance, map grid division, etc., with 01 experience plus points 2. Have a certain understanding of rider operation and service provider management, have the ability to implement strategy, and be familiar with the dispatch system and incentive system 3. Have excellent data analysis and logical ability, and can independently judge and output strategies 4. Team management experience plus points.
