• Develop & maintain business process documentation
• Communicate clear requirements and functional specifications with users
• Drive deliverables, including preparation of SOW, test plan and perform UAT 

What You'll Do: 

• Requirements gathering - Engage with users to discuss, define, and document business requirements in a clear and understandable manner. This includes handling requirements at various stages of development with a hands-on approach.
• Drive Business Change – Act as a liaison between different stakeholders at all levels to facilitate successful implementation of desired changes. Strive for mutually beneficial outcomes and demonstrate confidence in the quality of your analysis, even under pressure.
• Develop Business Cases – demonstrate expertise in creating business cases, including a strong grasp of investment appraisal techniques and business benefit management. Ability to identify and quantify benefits is essential.
• Problem solving - Approach challenges with the mindset that solutions can be found. Utilize investigative techniques such as interviewing, facilitating workshops, and activity sampling to address issues effectively.
• Support Project Management - Collaborate with the Project Management Team to oversee requirements documentation, conduct reviews, prioritize tasks, and validate activities.

What You Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science related disciplines
• 3+ years experience in project management, business development or other related experience in digital field
• Being able to stand into different roles’ shoes and come up with the most appropriate solution with swift and accurate problem-solving skill
• Being able to adapt to environments of different organizational work culture
• Well-organized, detail-minded, logical and able to work under pressure
• A self-motivated, proactive and responsible team player with strong leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
• Fundamental technical sense is required
• Strong sense in user experience is a plus
• Experience in change management planning and execution is a great plus
• Fluent in Cantonese and English verbal and written communication skill, proficient in mandarin is a plus
