Leasing & Property Management Officer

Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Guangzhou - Shanghai - Beijing

The Company :

• Our Company is the Landlord owning a portfolio of properties in Hong Kong including commercial premises, retail shops and business centres
• Mother company is a fashion brand owner and trading company with long history in Hong Kong
• We are looking for Leasing & Property Management Officer - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Work independently for leasing activities of the Company-owned properties 
• Perform lease terms negotiation and edit leasing terms in contracts
• Coordinate with property agencies & tenants
• Arrange of fitting-out and renovation works when required
• Coordinate with building services contractors for building maintenance works when required
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties
• Report to Director
• Diploma holder or equivalent
• Over 4-5 years experience in leasing of properties preferably landlord side
• Familiar with landlord / tenant law and property leasing procedures.
• Knowledge in daily property management role like coordinating interior fitting-out works, coordinate with building service contractors...etc
• Proficient in Chinese & English; Mandarin is an advantage
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
• Very few OT work is required
