Marketing Communication Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor website sales performance on daily basis.

• Managing product listing, content and pricing on the E-Commerce site

• Copywriting for marketing tagline and product page content

• Execute promotion campaigns to driving E-Commerce business • Promote E-commerce business through different social media • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website  

• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

• Online Customer Service Handling

• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC

• Assisting in marketing and advertising campaigns on all digital platforms, such as social media (Facebook and Instagram ads), EDM, KOL and search consoles (Google ads), etc. • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company • Enhance the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing • Identify challenges and opportunities to maximize sales and brand awareness • Liaise with internal and external parties for campaign implementation • Responsible for sales and marketing performance reports on timely basis

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing

• 1-2 years relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure in skincare/retail industry, prefer agency working experience.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese • Good relationship and connection with media

• Good PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is a must

• Independent, self-motivated, diligent, open-minded and able to work under pressure

• Team player, well-organized, detail-minded with pleasant personality
