Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for analysis/ Implementation and delivery of marketing product projects, including demand research, blueprint design, solution communication, etc., mining to B customer needs, identifying demand characteristics, and transforming needs into corresponding best solutions: including data collection plans, indicator systems, scenarios Implementation plan, etc.
2. Follow up on the implementation of the plan, provide product usage and scenario application training, conduct data insight analysis and review after the scenario is launched, provide customers with in-depth usage suggestions, and ensure that the product meets customer expectations
3. For industry benchmarks/key customers, in view of their long-term business development, design business growth plans based on customer demands combined with products, and follow up on implementation
4. Continuously carry out analysis/marketing product project implementation Process optimization to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
More than 1.5 years of experience in the delivery and implementation of data products/analysis products/marketing products, for one or several tracks in the retail track/cultural tourism track/travel track Applicants with mature project experience and methodology, and experience in the retail industry will be given priority
2. Have led and successfully delivered large-scale customer projects, helped customers improve corresponding data indicators, and have specific successful experience
3. Be able to use Sql, Python, etc. for simple data extraction and processing, and be familiar with various tools for data analysis
4. Excellent communication and expression skills, strong systematic output ability, and good customer orientation and solution capabilities.
