What will be your main responsibilities after joining Mars

1. Achieve shipment targets and other KPI indicators

2. Store visits/store displays/store contract execution/store promotion plans and specific plans, regularly Review and improvement

3. Manage key customers

4. Supervise and be responsible for the retail prices of the channels and maintain a reasonable price system
5. Manage and control sales expenses , channel fees, advertising fees
6. Establish good customer relationships with customers and gain their trust and support
