Responsible for the department store/FMCG/home textile/digital/culture and education/underwear/long-lasting food industries of directly-operated stores, formulate annual/quarterly/monthly operation plans for stores based on business goal analysis, be responsible for the entire product cycle from procurement to sales, and be responsible for sales and profits 2. Formulate category planning, create a healthy category structure, produce accurate and forward-looking product planning, and be responsible for product power and price power 3. Recruit and cultivate merchants from factories across the country, and achieve the scale and sustainability of merchant operations through merchant operation strategies 4. Operate around hot products, integrate various resources and channels within the site, and collaborate to complete product growth and hot product creation 5. Combine insights into cost-effective users and consumption trends, grasp the key factors of consumer purchase decisions, and produce plans in sales strategies, channel promotion, and interactive gameplay, and implement projects. ,1.
