1. Data analysis and business application 1. Build a business data monitoring system and use daily/ Weekly/monthly monitoring identifies business problems or opportunities. 2. For business problems discovered in daily work, there are mature analysis methods to support business analysis, find the reasons behind business problems, and propose optimization plans. 3. Establish a solution mechanism after communicating with the business, promote the business application of analysis results, and obtain the results of business changes and improvements. 2. Project data operation and management 1. Support key business projects, participate in the indicator design and caliber confirmation of project monitoring links from the beginning of the project, and promote the project process by combining data and operations. 2. Establish a project monitoring system to promptly discover whether the project progress results are in line with expectations, conduct in-depth analysis and diagnosis of various abnormal problems found in the project, and support the normal progress of the project. 3. Review and analyze the results achieved by the project, analyze the problems encountered during the project, possible optimization/opportunities, etc. 3. Productization of daily business data analysis needs 1. Cooperate with data products and R&D to solve the daily data needs of business operations through data productization and realize the automation of daily analysis. 2. Operation of data products, including training, update and iteration, to improve the data operation capabilities of business students. , 1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more experience in retail analysis and e-commerce analysis, product & category analysis background will be given priority 2. Have strong communication skills and business thinking ability, and can handle various business scenarios transformation requirements into mathematical language. 3. Have good data processing capabilities, be proficient in SQL, EXCEL, and be familiar with data mining methods. 4.
